Printer

12 AppleTalk Printer Name 
Set the AppleTalk Printer Name.

When the optional Printer Controller Module 
(for Adobe PostScript 3) is installed.

There is no default value. When the machine 
starts up with “10 AppleTalk” set to “On”, and 
“11 AppleTalk Zone Name” and “12 AppleTalk 
Printer Name” not set, “Panasonic DP-XXXX 
and the lower six figures of MAC Address” will 
be automatically set up.

13 AppleTalk Type Name 
The machine detects and displays the 
AppleTalk type name on the Touch Panel 
Display.

The AppleTalk type name is displayed, but 
cannot be set.

EMAIL

00 Email Address 
Set the Email address of the machine.

01 SMTP Server
 When “01 General (03 DNS)” in the Network 
Settings is set to “Yes”, set the SMTP Server 
Name.
When “01 General (03 DNS)” in the Network 
Settings is set to “No”, set the SMTP IP 
Address.

02 SMTP Authentication 
If you transmit to the SMTP server, user name 
and password are used for authentication. 
Select “On” to set up the user name and 
password.

03 SMTP AUTH Name 
When “02 SMTP Authentication” is set to “On”, 
set the name of SMTP authentication.

04 SMTP AUTH Password 
When “02 SMTP Authentication” is set to “On”, 
set the password for SMTP authentication.

05 POP before SMTP 
If you transmit to the SMTP server, POP user 
name and POP password are used for 
authentication. 
(For details, consult with the network manager.)

the POP Server Name. 
When “01 General (03 DNS)” is set to “No”, set 
the POP Server IP Address.
