The Paper Level Indicator (Orange) moves down 
as paper level declines, warning you that the 
paper is running out.

NOTE: When "ADD PAPER" message appears on 

the display, either Tray-1 or Tray-2 has run 
out of paper or is not closed firmly 

 

(See page 33). 

 

Replenish the paper in the tray(s) or ensure 
that the tray(s) are closed.

Copying on Special Paper, etc.

NOTE: For envelope printing details refer to the Panasonic-

DMS Operating Instructions manual included on the 
CD.

  Feed 1 sheet of paper at a time.

 

Paper Weight:  60-165 g/m

  Adjust the width guides.

 

Incorrect adjustment may cause the paper to 
wrinkle, misfed or skew.

Do not press Start until the LCD display 
indicates "Paper Size" plus an "

✽" key to select another
