ONFIGURATIONS

 

This section contains information needed to order and configure a production SSR212MC2 or SSR212MC2R.  The unit is 
shipped as a an integrated hardware platform, including enclosure, backplane, server board fan cooling module and power 
supply.  Drivers and enclosure management software is included, but no operating system or storage applications are 
included.  CPUs, hard disk drives (HDDs) and memory need to be added. 

Base Unit Description 

The SSR212MC2 has two SKU options: 

ƒ SSR212MC2R and SSR212MC2RBR:  ships with the Intel RAID controller SRCSAS144E and the Intel Battery 

Backup Unit AXXRIBBU1 

ƒ SSR212MC2 and SSR212MC2BR:  ships without RAID controller or Battery Backup Unit
