The Sonnet Fusion F2QR features a built-in hardware RAID

configurations without relying on the computer or a specialized
controller card. The included configuration utility software is simple
to use and supports Mac® and Windows® operating systems. Its
quad interface makes it a cinch to connect Fusion F2QR to your
computer—select the eSATA or FireWire 800 interface for maximum
speed or medium speed, respectively, or choose FireWire 400 or
USB 2.0 for flexibility.

can even connect the F2 directly to the Qio using the short cables
included in the package to keep cable clutter to a minimum and
eliminate the need for a separate power source for the F2QR.
