The merchandise travels at risk of the customer, even if it is sold Carriage Paid to the final destination
and even if the transport is carried out by the means of the supplier or by one of their trusty shipping
agents.

We are not responsible for any possible damages caused during the transport and any claims
have to be declared at reception of the shipping documents.
PACKAGING: Included in the price.
PAYMENT: - Normally the payment is carried out cash or by bank transfer in advance.
- As far as the shipment of spare parts is concerned the payment has to be carried out cash on
delivery.
- Other particular terms have to be discussed.
GUARANTEE: The guarantee is valid for construction faults.
The damages due to a wrong use, a non-maintenance and tampering are not covered by the guarantee. Also the electric parts and
the components like the belt, blade, switch and emeries, which are subject to a normal wear, are not covered by the guarantee.
After the reparation or the replacement of the faulty piece, the supplier fulfils his obligations of guarantee.
In case of reparations required at home (where the machine is installed), the costs of labour, travel, possible stays of the technicians
or assemblers will be charged to the customer.
The cost of a possible loan of a slicer in the period of the reparation is charged to the customer.

TECHNICAL ASSISTENCE: The installation, the instructions about the usage and the assistance are at charges of the retailer.
For any invoicing lower than € 160,00 the supplier will debit to the customer € 16,00 as a contribution in the managerial
