Fidelio features can be expanded: thanks to the 
PBX integration, you can immediately lock and 
unlock telephones and bill calls directly to the 
room, as well as set up wake up calls and manage 
room status.

Detailed billing for any PBX

Thanks to Blue’s PMS LinK and our accounting & 

billing softwares, you can bill the telephone traffic 

of any traditional or VOIP telephone PBX and cal-

culate call costs according to time or pulse based 

tariffs, even using several carriers simultaneously. 

After a room has been checked-in, all telephone 

calls will automatically be billed to the room. Of 

course, besides room phones, you can also mana-

ge all the other extensions in your hotel.

 

Full PBX integration for top service

Blue’s PMS fully integrates Opera and Fidelio with 

your PBX thus performing check-in and out, moni-

toring the room status and wake up calls and does 

so that you do not have to dial codes from your 

operator telephone anymore.
