This document describes ValueRAM's 128M x 64-bit 1GB (1024MB) D2-533 CL4 SDRAM
(Synchronous  DRAM) memory module. The components on this module include eight
64M x 16-bit DDR2-533 SDRAM in FBGA packages. This 214-pin MicroDIMM requires
+1.8V for operation. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:
