To configure your device to use an Extended Storage System for extended storage:
1. Select USB Drive from the Select Storage Type pane and then click Next.

device will need to restart to complete the task. Click Finish to restart the device. When the

Storage functionality will be available for use.

to use the Backup task to back up the device configuration before using External Storage to configure the
device to use a Windows share. This will help ensure that, should you encounter problems with the
Windows share, you can easily restore your device to an operational state.
