The 3ware RDC-400 and RDC-400-SATA Drive Cage expansion bays are designed specifically
for applications requiring a high-performance Serial or Parallel ATA drive interface. They
accommodate four 3.5-inch drive trays, all within the space of three 5.25-inch height drive
bays. Their built-in backplane provides improved reliability and accommodates power and
drive signal distribution. The 3ware Drive Cage expansion bays are ideal for installation
in servers, industrial PCs, and rack-mountable systems as well as anywhere drive capacity
exceeds drive bay availability.
