According to the classification of lithium cells and batteries of UN Nos.3480 and 3481. Lithium cells and batteries shall be

subjected to the UN38.3 test1 to test8.

Those products had passed the test. For a lithium ion cell, the Watt-hour rating is not more than 20Wh, For the lithium ion

battery, the Watt-hour is not more than 100Wh. Packing is compliant with part one of Packing Instruction 965 and 966 of IATA

DGR 50th Edition. So, it is not recognized as “DANGEROUS GOOD” and match the requirements of transportation of lithium
cells and batteries.
