SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•Do not use this appliance when riding in street traffic. Riding in street traffic requires a high concentration level, which could be affected by the playing of loud music.
Ambient noises become inaudible. Accidents could happen due to a lack of attention.
•Take care of the environment. Do not throw batteries into the household waste. Please dispose of them in the appropriate manner i.e. at a collection point for used batteries.
Packaging materials should be disposed of in a suitable way.
•This device is designed for use in the open air. It should, however, not be left outside in heavy rain or extreme temperatures.

BATTERY INSERTION
•The device requires 2 batteries type 1.5 V LR6/R6/AA.
•Loosen screw (1) on the cover for the battery holder (6) with a screwdriver and remove the cover.
•Place both batteries in the battery holder in the required way – see polarity directions in the holder.
•Replace cover for battery holder turning the screw (1) tightly.
•If the radio is not in use for longer periods of time, remove the batteries in order to avoid leakage.

•Place both batteries in the battery holder in the required way – see polarity directions in the holder.
•Replace cover for battery holder turning the screw (1) tightly.

ATTACHMENT TO BICYCLE
•Attach the enclosed bicycle fitting onto the left or right side of the handlebars. Loosen screw (4) completely and open up the fitting. Place the fitting in the required position
on the handlebars; the open side of the fitting should point in the direction of the bicycle’s front wheel. Make sure that the rubber insert (5) is in position in order to both
ensure a firm hold and to prevent damage to the bicycle paintwork.
•Close the fitting and turn the screw tightly.
•Slide the radio down into the fitting until it locks into place.
•To remove the radio, press the release catch (2) to the side and slide it out of the fitting.
RADIO OPERATION
•Turn on the radio by turning the Lautstärke An/Aus (11) dial.
•Select the radio channel of your choice with by pressing long the Sender
•Attach the enclosed bicycle fitting onto the left or right side of the handlebars. Loosen screw (4) completely and open up the fitting. Place the fitting in the required position
on the handlebars; the open side of the fitting should point in the direction of the bicycle’s front wheel. Make sure that the rubber insert (5) is in position in order to both
ensure a firm hold and to prevent damage to the bicycle paintwork.
•Close the fitting and turn the screw tightly.
•Slide the radio down into the fitting until it locks into place.
•To remove the radio, press the release catch (2) to the side and slide it out of the fitting.
RADIO OPERATION
•Turn on the radio by turning the Lautstärke An/Aus (11) dial.
•Select the radio channel of your choice with by pressing long the Sender

The fine tuning of the frequency can be done by pressing long the Sender

LIGHT
•The LED light (13) can be operated by sliding the Licht An/Aus switch (7) into the An position.
Important! The LED (13) serves only as additional lighting; it does not replace the cycle lamp.
•In order to turn the LED (13) off, slide the Licht An/Aus switch (7) into the Aus position.
CLOCK SET
•Clock set (24 hours)– Volume off (11), press the button ZEIT(12) and adjust the time by Stunde and Minute set buttons (14 & 15) and press the button ZEIT(12) again.
•When you are listening to the radio, press the button Uhr(10) for clock display and it will turn back to the station display after 2 seconds.

•10 seconds for each button press

•Clock set (24 hours)– Volume off (11), press the button ZEIT(12) and adjust the time by Stunde and Minute set buttons (14 & 15) and press the button ZEIT(12) again.
•When you are listening to the radio, press the button Uhr(10) for clock display and it will turn back to the station display after 2 seconds.
