6. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
 
In case of damage caused by non-observance of these operating instructions, 
the warranty gets void! We are not liable for any consequential damage!
 
We are not liable for property damage or injuries caused by improper use 
or non-observance of safety instructions! Such circumstances will void the 
warranty!
 
Dear customer, the following safety instructions and hazard warnings serve not only 
to protect the device but your health as well. 
 
Read all safety and operating instructions before operating the device.
 
a) General
 
•  Unauthorized modifications and/or alterations to the product are not permitted 
due to safety and approval reasons (CE). Never dismantle the product.
 
•  Maintenance, settings or repairs may be carried out by a professional/specialist 
workshop only.
 
•  There are no product components located in the device interior that you can set 
or maintenance.
 
•  This product is not a toy, keep it out of the reach of children. The product may 
be operated or stored only at a location out of the reach of children. The same 
applies to rechargeable batteries. Children might adjust settings or short-circuit 
the rechargeable battery (pack), which might lead to an explosion. Risk of fatal 
injury!
 
•  The device complies with protection class II (double or reinforced insulation). 
Make sure that the housing and/or power cable insulation is neither damaged nor 
destroyed.
 
•  The charger is designed for operation from a mains outlet with a mains voltage of 
100 - 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz. Never operate the product using a different voltage.
 
  The mains outlet must be located near to the device and be easily accessible. 
 
•  In schools and educational institutions, hobby and do-it-yourself workshops, the 
use of the product must be supervised by trained staff.
