PROJECT WIZARD STEP ONE – SELECTING THE DEVICE
1.
Start MPLAB IDE.
2.
Close any open workspace (File>Close Workspace).
3.
Select Project>Project Wizard. The Welcome dialog appears.
4.
Click Next to continue. The Select a device dialog appears.
5.
From the Device drop-down list, select the required device, as shown in
Figure 3-1.

Click Next to continue. The Select a language toolsuite dialog appears, as
shown in Figure 3-2.
