The main Programming and Debugging Interface of the AT32UC3C-EK is meant to
program and debug the Atmel AT32UC3C0512C. There are two debug interfaces
implemented in the AT32UC3C0512C: the JTAG interface accessible through the J24
connector and the NEXUS interface accessible through the J23 connector.
