The SAM3N-EK is equipped with a SAM3N4C device in LQFP100 package.

The SAM3N4 chip embeds:

24 Kbytes of embedded SRAM with dual bank
16 Kbytes of ROM with embedded BootLoader routines (UART) and In-Application Programming
