If the Loop Recorder’s 
PLAY
 button is not selected as source, it stops flashing because it can-
not be selected as target.
Press a target to select it.
→ The source is copied to the target.
Copying a track triggers a track duplicate so that the track is loaded on to the target Deck
playing from the same position as the source Deck.
After a target has been selected, sources start flashing again, in case you want to copy other
sources to other targets.
When you are finished, release the 
BROWSE
 encoder to deactivate Copy mode.

The Rear Panel
 
This  section  describes  all  sockets  and  controls  available  on  the  rear  panel  of  your  TRAK-
TOR KONTROL S4. Together with the front panel, it provides you with the necessary elements
for using other equipment with the TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 (headphones, microphone, turnta-
ble, etc.) and setting your system up.

(1) Kensington lock slot: Attach your Kensington lock here to protect your device against
theft.
(2) Ground terminal: When using a turntable, attach its earth lead here.
