FX from FX list (as set in Preferences > Ef-
fects > FX Pre-Selection).

Normal: switches the FX Unit between Single mode and Group mode (lit when
Group mode activated).

SHIFT

: saves current settings as default settings (“snapshot”). These settings will

then be recalled the next time you load this FX, or by pressing the FX Button 1
(Single mode only).

Selects the size of the loop to be recorded.

No loop stored: Starts/stops recording a loop.

Loop stored: Starts/stops overdub recording.

UNDO

No loop playing: Deletes the whole loop (and all its layers).

Loop playing: Undoes/redoes the last overdub layer.

PLAY

 button

Starts/stops playback of the recorded loop.
