1. Attach a Bottom Tube (2) to each end of the Bottom
Frame (3) with two M8 x 40mm Bolts (5) and two M8
Nylon Locknuts (6).

2. Attach the Front Upright (10) to the Bottom Frame (3)
with two M8 x 40mm Bolts (5) and two M8 Nylon
Locknuts (6). Slide the Outer Cap (8) onto the top of the
Front Upright.

3. Slide the top of the Rear Upright (1) into the other side
of the Outer Cap (8). Attach the Rear Upright to the
Bottom Frame (3) with two M8 x 40mm Bolts (5) and

4. Screw a Weight Tube (4) onto each of the six posts on
the Uprights (1, 10) and the Bottom Frame (3).
5. Insert the 25mm x 50mm Inner

the ends of the Weight Tubes (4).
