Operators for Extracting and Evaluating Text
The following operators have been introduced for extracting and evaluating text.
number.TYPECAST_TIME_AT
and operators of the format 
"number.TYPECAST_TIME_AT.<operator>."
For example,

number.TYPECAST_TIME_AT.BETWEEN(t

For example, double.ADD (i),

Extract and evaluate double-precision

Extend the scope of the search by a 
specified number of bytes on both sides of 
a pattern match.

Extract a series of bytes that represent a
