Mark a conversation as not important

In any conversation list, check one or more messages that are marked important.
Or open a conversation that is marked important.
Or open a conversation that is marked important.

Press Menu
and touch the
Mark not important.
The messages are removed form your Priority Inbox and Gmail learns about what
conversations you consider less imporant.
