The advanced configurat ion dialog of AVG 8.5 Anti-Virus opens in a new window
named  Advanced AVG Settings. The window is divided int o t wo sect ions: t he left
part offers a t ree-arranged navigat ion t o t he program configurat ion opt ions. Select  t he
component  you want  t o change t he configurat ion of (or its specific part) t o open t he
edit ing dialog in t he right -hand sect ion of t he window.

The first item of t he navigation t ree, Appearance, refers t o t he general sett ings of
t he 

 and a few element ary opt ions of t he application's behavior:

In t he Language selection sect ion you can chose your desired language from t he
drop-down menu; t he language will t hen be used for t he ent ire 

The drop-down menu only offers t hose languages you have previously select ed t o be
inst alled during t he

). However, t o finish swit ching t he application t o anot her language you have
