15 kgs. of weight, placing a display monitor or iMac would be

The DT2-WBC provides high-speed 
Firewire 800 interface connections to 
connect to your iMac, Mac Pro and even 
Xserve for you to easily expand out your 
storage from your systems. It's also 
equipped with an USB 2.0 interface 
connection to bring convenience to be 
used on multiple computer systems 
without Firewire 800 connections.

With USB2.0 and Firewire 400 extension I/O 
ports brought up right to the front panel, you will 
have an easier time in connecting digital devices 
such as your iPod, your optical drive or even your 
digital camera much more quickly and 
conveniently without having to strain your body 
with awkward motions.

With a built-in multi-card reader and positioned 
right at the front, this saves you dollars in having 
to purchase a separate reader and leaves you a 
cleaner desktop. Multi purpose media slots 
available in SD/MMC series, CF/MD series, 
SM/xD series and MS series.

Equipped with removable hard drive trays, 
installing or removing a drive would be 
absolutely hassle-free when using the 
DECKTANK. Each drive tray is equipped with a 
locking mechanism to securely lock the drive into 
place and avoid accidental removals in keeping your drive and data safe.

Yes! The DT2-WBC is capable of 
supporting the Time Machine 
included in the Mac OS X Leopard. 
Via Firewire 800, all of your Time 
Machines files can be speedily 
backed up to the hard drives in the 
DT2-WBC. 
If setting the DT2-WBC to the RAID 0 mode option (combining capacity of both 
enclosed drives), you can have up to 2TB of Time Machine storage! If set to JBOD 
mode, you can choose one out of two drives as the designated Time Machine 
storage and the other for other storage usages or leave it as spare if the other drive 
becomes full. Whichever way you choose, the DECKTANK DT2-WBC gets the 

storage job done. It's that easy.
