The AVG Security Toolbar  is designed t o work with MS Internet Explorer (version
6.0 or greater) and Mozilla Firefox  (version 1.5 or greater).

Once inst alled t he AVG Security Toolbar  will by default be locat ed just  under your
browsers address bar:

The AVG Security Toolbar  consist s of t he following:

 AVG logo button - provides access t o general t oolbar it ems. Click t he logo

Launch AVG 8.0 - opens t he

Options - opens a configurat ion dialog where you can adjust your AVG
Security Toolbar  set t ings t o suit your needs; t he dialog is divided int o
t wo t abs:

 General - on t his t ab you can find t wo sect ions named Buttons and

Ratings. 

The Buttons sect ion allows you t o configure which but t ons are visible
or hidden on t he AVG Security Toolbar . By default  all butt ons are
visible. 

The Ratings sect ion allows you t o determine what  t ype of ratings do
you want  t o be displayed for your search results. By default  all ratings
are visible but you may hide some of t hem (when searching from the
Yahoo! search box, only safe results are displayed).
