Device status
Device name
Name of the SLA5520.
Software version
Software version in the SLA5520.
Bootloader version
Bootloader version in the SLA5520.The bootloader helps
to upgrade the SLA5520, in case of failure.
Hardware version
Hardware version of the SLA5520.
Network name (SSID)
The network name (SSID) identifies the wireless
network. It can be changed by the owner. 
SSID - Service Set IDentifier.
Wireless mode
The wireless mode of the network defines how devices
communicate.
Infrastructure, preferred - when a base station, router,
gateway or access point is used. Devices communicate
via the base station, router, gateway or access point.
Example - Philips base station (with Internet access), 
PC with wireless built-in and Philips SLA5520.
Point to point (Ad-Hoc) - Devices communicate directly
to each other.
Example - PC with wireless built-in and Philips SLA5520
Security (Encryption)
Indicates whether security (encryption) is enabled on the
wireless network: 'WPA', 'WEP or 'None'.
WPA, best - Wireless Protected Access
WEP, good - Wired Equivalent Protocol

WiFi signal strength
Signal strength received from the wireless network.
WiFi channel
Indicates the WiFi channel used by the network.
Unique product ID (MAC)
Unique product identification number of the SLA5520.
MAC - Media Access Control
Automatic address (DHCP)
A product identification number (IP address) is assigned
to the SLA5520. It is used for communication on the
network.It is assigned by a DHCP server.
DHCP - Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol
Product ID (IP)
Product identification number (IP address) assigned to
the SLA5520 for communication on the network.
Example - 192.168.0.1 (192.168.000.001)
IP address - Internet Protocol address.
Subnet mask
The subnet mask defines the possible product
identification numbers (IP addresses) on the network.
The subnet mask must be the same for all devices.
Example - 255.255.255.0 (255.255.255.000)
