based on FCC data, and helps prevent children from watching violent or sexual
scenes that may be unsuitable.
Restriction of TV programs is based on two ratings systems that contain informa-
tion about the program: the MPAA rating and the TV Parental Guidelines.
The MPAA rating is an age restriction.
