El juego lotería fue utilizado inicialmente en Italia más o
menos en el sigo XV. Después de algunos cientos de
años este juego se extendió alrededor de Europa y en
el siglo XVIII, exploradores españoles llevaron el juego
a México, país donde nace El Chavo. Ahora, por
primera vez, tú, tus amigos y tu familia podrán disfrutar
del juego de la Lotería de El Chavo.

Instrucciones

INSTRUCCIONES:

Si estás jugando por primera vez, saca las fichas y
colócalas en una pila de modo que todos los jugadores
puedan alcanzarlas. Luego mezcla las cartas y ponlas
boca abajo, cada jugador toma uno de los ocho
tableros de juego y lo coloca frente a él o ella. Se
escoge un líder (quien puede ser uno de los jugadores
o alguien específicamente escogido prar realizar esta
función).

CÓMO JUGAR:

La Lotería de El Chavo es muy similar al juego Bingo,
pero en lugar de números, los jugadores deben utilizar
los dibujos de El Chavo y encontrar su similar en el
tablero de juego. Al inicio de cada ronda el líder toma
la primera carta de la pila y anuncia la figura que está
en ella. Si algún jugador tiene esa figura en su tabla,
coloca una ficha sobre ella en su tablero de juego.

CÓMO GANAR:

Antes de iniciar el juego, los jugadores deberán decidir
el número de fichas y la posición de las mismas

necesaria para ganar. A continuación presentamos las
posiciones más comunes, pero los jugadores están
libres de crear la suya propia:

• Cuatro en línea: 4 fichas en línea, ya sea vertical,

horizontal o diagonal.

• Cuatro esquinas: 1 ficha en cada esquina

de la tabla.

• Tablero completo: llenar todos los 16

espacios del tablero.

Cuando el jugador haya conseguido la posición
acordada, él o ella gana el juego y debe gritar:
¡LOTERÍA! o en este caso EL CHAVO!

EL LÍDER:
Como mencionamos anteriormente, el líder puede ser
uno de los jugadores, pero resulta mucho más
divertido cuando el líder no es un jugador. En este
caso el líder entrega pistas de la imagen que está en la
tarjeta, en lugar de decir el personaje. Por ejemplo: el
líder toma la carta del Señor Barriga, en lugar de decir
simplemente “Senor Barriga”, puede decir: “El dueno
de casa”, “el que cobra la renta”, o por ejemplo en
lugar de decir “La torta de jamón y queso” el líder
puede decir “La comida favorita de El Chavo”. Todo
depende del líder y muchas veces de cómo lo diga
podría ser la parte más divertida del juego.

Century, Spanish explorers brought the game to
Mexico. Now, for the first time, you, your friends and
your entire family can play El Chavo Lotería!

Instructions

Getting Started:
Each player picks one of the eight Tablas and places it
in front of themselves. If this is your first time playing,
“pop” the tokens out and place them in a pile so that
everyone can reach them. Next, shuffle the cards and
place them facedown. Pick one person to be the
Caller. The Caller can either be a player in the game or
act solely as the Caller.

How to Play:
Lotería is very similar to the game of bingo but instead
of just numbers, players must match up El Chavo
images. At the beginning of each round, the Caller
turns over the top card of the deck and announces
what is on the card. If any player has that image on
their Tabla, a token is placed over that image.

How to Win:
Before starting the game, players should decide the
amount of tokens and the formation that is needed to
win. These are the most common formations but
players can be creative and create their own:

• Four Across – Four tokens in one row

either horizontal, vertical or diagonal.

• Four Corners – One token on each corner

of the Tabla.

• Full Board – All 16 spaces on the Tabla filled.

Once a player has won, they should yell “Lotería!”

The Caller:
As mentioned above, the Caller can be one of the
players in the game, but sometimes it can be a lot
more fun when the Caller is not in the game. Tradi-
tionally, the Caller often reveals the image in a riddle
instead of simply stating what it is. For example, if the
Caller draws the card with Señor Barriga, instead of
simply saying “Señor Barriga,” the Caller may say
something like “he is the landlord.” Or, for example, if
the Caller picks a card with an image of a Ham and
Cheese sandwich, the Caller can say “this is Chavo’s
favorite food.” Sometimes the Caller’s riddles can be
the best part of the game.
