Maintenance ManualTable of ContentsCustom Content Upload Guide for Cisco Patient Connect1Overview1Content Management System1Create a Workspace2Step 1 Log into the Nuxeo Content Management System at http://<host>:<port>/nuxeo/.2Step 2 Click WORKSPACE on the top navigation bar.2Step 3 Expand the navigation tree in the left pane, and click Workspaces under Default Domain.2Step 4 Click the Create a new workspace button.2Step 5 Enter the title, such as “Custom Videos”, and a description.2Step 6 Click the Create button to create the workspace.2Create Sections for Publishing2Step 1 Expand the menu in the left navigation pane to open the Sections page (Default Domain > Sections).2Step 2 If the “Media” section already exists, go to the next step. Otherwise, create the ‘Media’ section:2Step 3 Go to the ‘Media’ section.2Step 4 On the right panel, click the New button under the Content tab.2Step 5 In the Available document type dialog window, click Section.3Step 6 Create a new document Section screen, enter the name of the department or function in the Title field.3Step 7 Click the Create button.3Add and Tag a Video3Step 1 Choose your workspace.3Step 2 Click the New button in the Content tab.3Step 3 In the Available document types dialog box, click the Video button.3Step 4 Enter the video title.3Step 5 Enter a description. If the video is a localized version of another video, enter the translation of the title in this field.3Step 6 To upload the video file, select the Upload radio button.3Step 7 Click the Choose File button.3Step 8 Find the video on your desktop and click Open.3Step 9 Click the Create button.3Step 10 Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add a tag.3Step 11 Enter one of these gender tags into the tag field: “gender:male”, “gender:female”, or “gender:any”. Press the Enter key.3Step 12 Enter one of the following age tags into the tag field: “g”, “pg”, “pg-13”, “r”, or “nc-17”. Press the Enter key.4Step 13 Scroll to the top of the page and choose the Edit tab.4Step 14 On the Edit page, scroll to the center of the page and enter a value for the Language field (e.g. “English”, “Spanish”, “Arabic”, etc.).4Step 15 Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.4Publish Videos4Step 1 Go to video that you want to publish.4Step 2 Choose the Publish tab at the top of the panel.4Step 3 Expand the Sections tree at the bottom of the Publish screen. As you expand it, you will see “Publish here” links next to each of the sections.4Step 4 Click the Publish here link next to the section that you want.4Step 5 Verify that the video has been published by choosing the section title within the left pane. The default credentials are:2Step 4 Click the Log In button.2Operator Messages Pane2a. Enter a message and immediately send it to the Patient View screens.2b. Stop all active messages that are being displayed on Patient View screens by clicking the Clear All Active Messages button. Patients will then be able to control Patient View again.2Create a List of Messages3Step 1 Click Operator Messages under Operator View in the left pane.3Step 2 Choose the Messages tab.3Step 3 Click the Add New Message button.3Step 4 Enter a message.3Step 5 Select a default severity type.3Step 6 Save the entry by clicking the green button in the new message’s row.3Send a Message3Step 1 Choose the Send tab.3Step 2 If the message was pre-written, start entering the text of that message and choose the desired message from the pre-populated list. Otherwise, you can enter a new message in the Message field.3Step 3 Select a severity type from the Severity drop-down menu.3Step 4 From the Display Type drop-down menu, select how much Patient View screen space should be given to the message.3Step 5 Select where you want the message to appear from the Room Type drop-down menu.3Step 6 Choose the number of minutes that the message will be displayed. If you choose “Forever”, the message will remain on the Patient View screens until you clear all active messages.3Step 7 From the Location drop-down menu, select whether all locations should view the message or just certain departments or floors of the hospital. If you selected “Departments” or “Floors”, another field will appear in which you choose a si...3Step 8 Click the Send button to push out the message to Patient View screens.3Step 9 If you want to save the message in the Messages tab for future use, click the OK button in the dialog box. If you do not want it saved, uncheck the Save New Message check box and then click the OK button.3Step 10 If you choose “Forever” for the duration, click the Clear All Active Messages button when the message is no longer needed.3Resend Messages4Step 1 Choose the History tab.4Step 2 Choose either Active Messages or Inactive Messages to see the lists of messages.4Step 3 Click the Live Update button (the round button on right top of the screen) to update the list of Active Messages/Inactive Messages.4Step 4 Find the message in the appropriate list.4Step 5 Click the Resend button next to the message.4Step 6 Click the OK button in the dialog box.4Clear Active Messages4Step 1 Choose either the Send or History tab.4Step 2 Click the Clear All Active Messages button.4Step 3 Click the OK button in the dialog box.4Size: 469 KBPages: 4Language: EnglishOpen manual
