record on the memory card.
Delete unnecessary fi les on the memory 
card.
Back-up fi les to your PC or another

Format the memory card.
Change to another memory card which 
has enough free space.

Card Error
The memory card has a 
problem and the camcorder 
can’t recognize it.
Eject and re-insert the memory card.
If the problem persists, replace the 
memory card with a new one.
Not Supported Card
The memory card is not 
supported by this camcorder.
Eject and re-insert the memory card.
If the problem persists, replace the 
memory card with a recommended 
card.
Not Formatted
The memory card is not 
formatted.
Eject and re-insert the memory card. If the 
problem persists, format the memory card 
using the camcorder.
Not Supported 
Format
The memory card was 
formatted by another device 
and may still have images on 
it.
The camcorder cannot play the fi les 
because it does not support the memory 
card’s fi le format. Format the card using the 
camcorder or install and format a new card.
