When connecting to a TV, images can be displayed on wider screen. Using Automatic playback function (

➝p.71) together, you 

can have fun with folks.

• Plug the A/V cable (included) and the AC power adapter 

correctly and push them in each terminal.

• Plug the camera securely and vertically into the cradle 

connecting plug.

• See p.130 for the information of the AC power adapter.

• When connecting the A/V cable (included) to TV, the 

LCD monitor is turned off.

• The image quality for movie playback is lower than for 

still images.

• When connecting to a TV, even if you adjust the volume 

from the 

 PLAYBACK VOLUME, the TV volume 

cannot be changed. Refer to the instructions provided 
with your TV for more information on audio/video input 
for your TV.

D Close the lens cover and set the camera in the cradle.

E Press POWER on the cradle to turn the camera on.

B Plug the other end of the cable 

into the audio/video input socket 
on the TV.

C Plug the AC power adapter connector into the 

DC IN 5V socket on the cradle and then plug 
the AC power adapter into the power outlet.

A Plug the A/V cable (included) 

into the A/V OUT (Audio/Visual 
output) socket on the cradle.
