X Printing The DIRECTORY DIAL List

You can print a list of the recipients registered for directory dialing. You may want to keep the list 
near your machine to refer to it when dialing.

Follow this procedure:

W] or [X] to select <3.REPORTS/LISTS>.

W] or [X] to select <2.DIRECTORY DIAL>.

W] or [X] to select whether to print the list with the destination names 

– <YES> [W]:

Prints the list with the destination names in alphabetical order.

– <NO> [X]:

Prints the list with the numerical order (01 - 40) in the directory.
