Formatting
an SD Card or Internal Memory
Use this option to format the internal memory or the SD
memory card.
1. Turn the camera on by sliding the POWER switch.
2. Press the
memory card.

Playback button on the rear side of the camera.
3. Then press the
Menu button.
4. Select Delete by using / button and enter the submenu.
5. Press / button to select Format.
6. If you want to format the internal memory/ SD card choose

[Yes] by pressing / button.
If you want to cancel the action, select [No].
[No image] will pop up after the internal memory or the

SD memory card is been formatted.
To format the images or video clips stored in the intrenal memory, be sure to remove the SD card memory card first
and the OSD screen will display as "Format memory?".
