Troubleshooting before calling for service
If abnormality is occurred, confirm the following items in advance before requesting to the customer care center.

part by aligning them.
• Are there scaling built on the humidifi er fi lter and
tray?
• Clean the humidifi er fi lter and tray with citric acid.
• Are the humidifi er fi lter case and cover correctly locked? • Firmly lock the humidifi er fi lter case and cover.
There is a “gulp” sound
from the product.
• This is the sound of the water being supplied from the
water tank to the tray. (This is not a problem.)
