Calculator

The calculator allows you to perform simple calculations using

 
To use the calculator,

• Press   through    to enter numbers.
• Press 

 

from one to four times to enter +, -, * and / symbols. 

• Press 

 

from one to two times to enter decimal points and % symbol.

• Press Clear   during a calculation to correct an entry. 
• Press =   to obtain a result.

Example: 144 x 12 = 1728

• Press =   again after obtaining the first result continues the calculation 

using the result and last operator (+, - ,* ,/) symbol.

• In the example, press =   again to calculate 1728 x 12 = 20726
• Press Clear   to erase the result.
• Enter another calculation or press Back   or   to return to the standby 

display.

• The % function can only be used (entered) as the last operator during a 

calculation. For example 250 - 10% = 225

• Calculations are lost if a call occurs during operation.

-  (minus)

 *  (multiplication)

 / (division)

% (percentage)

Press Menu  .

 

Select Calculator.

The calculator icon ( 

 

) and 0 appear on screen. The phone is 

now ready to make simple calculations.
