The CardioNet Base Station
The CardioNet base station is connected to your
home telephone line and plugged into an electrical
outlet in the bedroom or a central location in your
house. The base station recharges the CardioNet
monitor overnight and allows the CardioNet monitor
to communicate with the monitoring center through
the regular phone system. You will not be charged
by the telephone company for calls made by
your monitor.
Please put the CardioNet monitor in the base station
whenever you are at home. In larger homes, two
base stations may be required, so you can keep your
sensor and monitor in contact as you walk around
the house.
