This document describes ValueRAM's 32M x 72-bit (256MB) PC100 CL3 (CAS Latency 3)

Registered SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory module. The components on this module include

eighteen 16M x 8-bit SDRAM / PC100, CAS Latency 3 components)  SDRAM in TSOP packages. This

168-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +3.3V. The electrical and mechanical specifica-
