1. Stop the operation of the GBIC to be removed. Charge the following

commands from the control terminal:
[Input type] maintenance close nif <nif_no> line <line_no> (nif_no = NIF number
being the object; line_no = LINE number being the object.) *1

2. If necessary, delete the applicable configuration defining information.

3. Confirm before the removal that the LED indication for GBIC of the line being the

object has turned to yellow.
