Statement of compliance

Brocade hereby declares that this device is in compliance with all the applicable 
Directives, 2004/108/EC, 2006/95/EC.  A Declaration of Conformity may be 
obtained from 

Japan (VCCI) - voluntary control council for interference

Class A ITE

This is a Class A product based on the standard of the Voluntary Control Council for 
Interference by Information Technology Equipment (VCCI).  If this equipment is used 
in a domestic environment, radio interference may occur, in which case, the user 
may be required to take corrective actions.

Korea 

Class A device (Broadcasting Communication Device for Office Use): This device 

obtained EMC registration for office use (Class A), and may be used in places other 

than home.  Sellers and/or users need to take note of this
