Memory and Microprocessor Configuration

You can upgrade memory in the AlphaPC 164SX by adding more DIMMs or 
replacing the ones you have with a greater size. Refer to Figure 2–1 for DIMM 
connector locations.

Use the following general guidelines:

Observe antistatic precautions. Handle DIMMs only at the edges to prevent 
damage.

Remove power from the system.
