The message 'Press <F1> to continue, <F2> to enter setup' appears at startup
This message is telling you to initialise the BIOS (Basic Input/Output System).
To do so, proceed as follows:

Turn off the computer.

Remove any peripheral devices connected to the computer.

Turn on the computer and press <F2> when the Sony logo appears.
The BIOS setup menu screen appears.

Use the keyboard’s arrow keys to select the Exit menu.

Press <F5> or use the arrow keys to select Load Setup Defaults and then press <Enter>.

Make sure that Yes is selected and then press <Enter>.

Press <F10> to exit, or use the arrow keys to select Save Changes and then press <Enter>.
