This section explains the basic functions you use while watching 

the TV. Most operations are done using the Remote Commander.

Press U on the TV.

Press u on the Remote Commander.
The TV enters standby mode and the standby indicator on the front 

of the TV lights up in red.

Press ;, PROGR +/–, or one of the number buttons on the 

Remote Commander.

Press U on the TV.
To save energy, we recommend you switch off your TV completely 

when the TV is not in use.

Press PROGR +/– or press the number buttons.

Press -/--, then the numbers.
For example, if you want to choose 23, press -/--, 2 and 3.

Press ¸ +/–.

To select the programme number, press the PROGR +/– buttons.
To adjust the volume, press the ¸ +/– buttons.
To select the video input picture, press the… button.

If no picture appears 
when you press U on 
the TV and if the 
standby indicator on the 
TV is lit, the TV is in 
standby mode.
Press ;, PROGR+/– or 
one of the number buttons 
to switch it on.
