Pump X Option Output Conflict 

An assigned station has closed loop enabled and the pump has either 
implosion with sealing valve or Local Alarm enabled. 
Patch cord is cut or disconnected 

Purge Valve X Failure 

Solenoid has failed. 
ArmorBlock is not installed properly. 
ArmorBlock is not addressed correctly. 
ArmorBlock is defective. 

Purge Valve X Not Present 

ArmorBlock base is defective. 
Patch cord is cut or disconnected. 

Purge Valve X Power Failure 

Solenoid has failed. 
Pick up wand is not positioned properly. 
Take-off compartment is not adjusted properly. 

Receiver Level 

Leak in vacuum line. 
Patch cord is cut or disconnected. 

RPV Failure 

Solenoid has failed. 
Patch cord is cut or disconnected. 

Sequence Valve Failure 

Solenoid has failed. 
Patch cord is cut or disconnected. 

Slide Gate Failure 

Solenoid has failed.
