This rule is for automatic pre-pending the dial string as entered by the user with a specified prefix.

Ptnnnn 

where t is a single leading trigger character; if t is the first entered digit when making a new call, it 
triggers the prepending of a  variable-length prefix (as specified by nnnn) in the dial string. The t 
character can take one of the following values:

0-9,*,#, 'n' (= any of 1-9), 'N' (any of 'n' and 0), 'a' (any of 'n',* and #), or 'A' (any of 'a' and 0);

Pn12345: Prepends 12345 to the dial string when the first entered digit is any of 1-9. The triggered digit 
is not removed from the dial string.

Each tone is specified by nine intergers, as follows:

ntone is the number of frequency components (0, 1 or 2).

freq[0] (Hz) is the transformed frequency of the first frequency component (-32768 to 32767).
