Push the valve up through the hole in the mounting 

surface.  Thread the mounting ring with o-ring on as far 

as it will go.

Rest the valve on the countertop.  Tighten the tensioning 

screws.

Install the escutcheons with o-rings. 
Install the red and blue color rings. 
Install the white plastic handle snap connectors with the 

screws. 
Press the handle firmly over the snap connector and 

push firmly downwards.
