The state variable Specular_RGB_Enable is set in the graphics command

Additional Blending Modes
The color calculator super-unit of the graphics device shall support four new Blending operations. The
blend factors for the source and destination colors are controlled by separate state variables and shall be
defined as shown below. The RGBA values of the source and destination are indicated with the
subscripts s and d respectively.
