MODE
The provoking vertex refers to the vertex that selected the flat shaded color for the primitive. In the
OpenGL* specification, the third/second (triangle/line) vertex should used. In D3D* specification, the
first vertex should be used. There is an additional mode to allow the selection of the common vertex for
triangle fan primitive and the third/second (triangle/line) vertex for other primitives.
