The Input tab allows you to define specific parameters that affect the appearance of the printed page

YESterm/IP supports a number of different Code Pages. The Code Page selected here should be the 
same as that configured on the AS/400 for the specific device.  

 

Ignore the Code Page Edit button, 

since Code Page editing is not supported in the 7370. 
 

Set the Default Page layout. Parameters are: 
•  Page Orientation. Select from Portrait, Landscape, and COR (Computer Output Reduction).  

  

If you are using an impact dot-matrix printer, Portrait is recommended. 

•  Automatic Page Orientation. This option is enabled by Default.  

  If you are using an impact 

dot-matrix printer, it is recommended that this be Disabled. 

•  COR Line Spacing Reduction. This feature solves the problem of nonprintable margin area on the 

printer.

 It is recommended that this feature be used only with laser printers. 

• 

COR Override. This function corresponds to the IBM 3812 configuration parameter and defines 
that a job with draft quality is printed in COR.

 

 

If you wish to override the host system output settings, you can do so here. 

 If you are using an impact dot-matrix printer, it is recommended that you set Print Quality to 

Force Draft.
