Use this mode to playback photographed images 
continuously. You can select type of image transition.

• To interrupt automatic playback, press MENU/OK.
• Press p or q to advance or go back through the 

images when selecting [NORMAL] and [FADE-IN].

• The Auto power off function (

➝p.129) does not operate 

during playback.

• Movie starts automatically. When the movie ends, the 

playback function moves it on.

• Press DISP/BACK once during playback to display on-

screen help.

• The date is displayed on the Slide Show (except 

[MULTIPLE]) if the date is displayed on the Single-
Frame Playback.

• The camera plays back the image taken with Intelligent 

Face Detection (

➝p.37) zoomed in on the detected face 

when [NORMAL 

] or [FADE-IN 

] is selected.

You can correct the red-eye effect in images taken with 
the Intelligent Face Detection (

➝p.37) (

 appears on 

the screen).

A Press p or q to select the frame taken 

with the Intelligent Face Detection.

B Press MENU/OK to open [PLAYBACK 

MENU].

C Press n or o to select [

 RED EYE 

REMOVAL].

D Press q.

E Press MENU/OK to perform removal.
