The information in these release notes represents the most up-to-date information that 
Spectra Logic can provide you about the FalconStor VTL software, version 4.6-4722.

When configuring replication from the nTier300 VTL to another nTier VTL, both VTLs 
must have a replication license.

The nTier FalconStor VTL software supports the following backup software

ƒ Problem: If you delete a virtual tape during deduplication, an unnecessary “read 

error” message displays.

Workaround: Ignore the error message.

ƒ Problem: You cannot expand a virtual tape beyond 64 segments.

Workaround: Limit the size of a virtual tape to 64 segments or fewer.
