Returning the G2/G3 QIP
Package the G2/G3 QIP and the tools used for the upgrade in the same packaging that Spectra Logic 
used to send you the upgrade parts. Make sure to use all of the packing materials provided to prevent 
damage during shipment
.
Caution: Failure to properly package the QIP may result in damage to the QIP. If a 
QIP is damaged in shipping due to improper packing, the warranty is void.
Domestic RMA Returns
Once the QIP and tools have been properly packaged, ship the package to:

Note:  You must write the RMA number on the shipping label, or the package will be 
returned to you after five days. If you do not know your RMA number, contact 
Spectra Logic Technical Support.
International Returns
Spectra Logic arranges for return shipment when a request is made to International Shipping.

Logic Web site.
