C Macro Mode (Close-ups)

Macro mode can be used for close-ups in some modes (see another sheet).  Press the selector left (

C).

C icon appears in monitor when 
camera is in macro mode

When macro mode is in eff ect, the camera focuses on subjects near the center of the monitor.  Use the 
zoom buttons to frame pictures.

To exit macro mode, press the selector left (

C).  Macro mode can also be cancelled by turning the 

camera off  or selecting another shooting mode.

Use of a tripod is recommended to prevent blur caused by camera shake.
